We believe mould should be physically removed, not simply treated with chemicals.
Whilst biocides may have a role in certain remediation protocols, they do not address the underlying moisture problem or replace the need to physically remove mould contamination where appropriate.

Although we are accredited remediators, we have chosen not to undertake remediation because we believe investigations should remain independent.
By separating investigation from remediation, our recommendations are based solely on the evidence and the needs of the building, not on selling additional services.

No. Whilst we do not undertake general homebuyer surveys, we are regularly instructed to investigate properties before purchase where there are concerns relating to mould, damp or indoor environmental performance. Our findings help buyers understand the condition of the building before proceeding.
